Mr. Liu, President & CEO of Rossmax International Ltd., and the Rossmax team visited Valencell’s headquarters in Raleigh, NC to discuss how to expand their relationship around the Fingertip™ Blood Pressure Monitor – the world’s first OTC blood pressure monitor at the fingertip that is cuffless and calibration-free; not FDA cleared and not for sale in the US.
