Mark brings over 15 years of experience driving dramatic revenue growth for technology companies within intensively competitive markets.

As the VP of Business Development and Licensing, Mark serves as the primary point of contact for all prospective global licensees of the company’s V-LINC™ biometric sensor technology. Mark’s broad industry knowledge spans consumer electronics, mobile communications, cloud-based services, digital media and content distribution. In addition to experience with international business and strategic planning for early-stage businesses, Mark’s expertise includes intellectual property licensing, strategic partner development and implementing global sales organizations.

As the Co-Founder and VP of Business Development at Trinity Convergence, Mark spearheaded all global business development efforts, serving as a key member of the corporate strategy team contributing to multiple acquisitions. He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
